Spoon on the spinach

Spinach is widely available, fresh and frozen and tinned. What's more, its packed with nutrients with the average (90g) serving giving only 20 calories, less than 1g of fat, 3g of fibre and significant amounts of potassium, calcium, iron and beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A).
