The Total Wellbeing Diet contains abundant amounts of fruit and vegetables, and the higher protein aspect with plenty of meat, fish and low fat dairy products will help to control your hunger pangs. A wide selection of foods with some delicious recipes makes the plan easy to follow and stick to!
