“I have a special interest in healthy eating and its importance in the diet of everyone from the young to the old. Eating should be a pleasurable experience that optimises your nutritional health. I also believe your diet determines how good you feel on a physical and emotional level. I will be happy to discuss how you can incorporate healthy eating habits into a busy lifestyle.”
